  Neuralgia of left side of the face.
  Tearing pain in jaw-bones

  Mouth

  Ulcers in mouth with bleeding of gums.
  Bad odor on breath
  Tongue swollen, burns, trembles, red, dry and cracked at tip, catches on teeth
