Preparation:

Setup:

• Connect the handpiece to the dental unit as instructed, ensuring a secure connection for optimal performance and functionality.

External Water Spray:

• Activate the external water spray function during procedures to provide cooling and lubrication. Adjust the water flow according to the specific requirements of the dental task.

Thermodisinfector and Autoclaving:

• After use, the handpiece is washable in a thermodisinfector.
• The handpiece is autoclavable at temperatures up to 135 degrees Celsius. Please place it in a suitable autoclave device for sterilization, ensuring compliance with sterilization guidelines.

Operating Speed:

• Operate the handpiece at the desired speed, with a maximum of 40,000 rpm/min. Adjust the speed control settings on the dental unit to match the requirements of the specific dental procedure.

Gear Ratio and Burs:

• The handpiece has a 1:1 gear ratio. Ensure proper compatibility with HP burs of Ø2.35, and confirm that the direct drive mechanism is engaged for stability and accuracy.

Handling:

• Hold the handpiece comfortably and ergonomically during use. Ensure a secure grip for precise control over the instrument.

Post-Use Care:

• After each use, follow the recommended cleaning and maintenance procedures. Inspect the handpiece for any signs of wear or damage and address any issues promptly.
